Quick Kosher Dills - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 qt. water
    1 qt. vinegar
    1 c. canning salt
    1 clove garlic
    1 dried cayenne pepper or 1/5 tsp. ground
    2 pods whole fresh dill or 1 tsp. dried
Preparation
    Wash cucumbers, 2 to 4-inches long and place in clean jars. Add 1 clove garlic, pepper and dill.
    Bring water, vinegar and salt mixture to a boil and pour over cucumbers.
    To seal the jars, process in a boiling water bath for 20 minutes.
