Green Pea Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (1 lb.) can LeSueur peas, drained
    1 (8 oz.) can sliced water chestnuts
    1 medium onion, sliced
    1 (2 oz.) jar pimentos, drained
    1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of celery soup
    3/4 c. grated cheese
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients.
    Pour into a greased 1 1/2-quart casserole dish.
    Crush 1 cup Ritz crackers or similar crackers; combine with 3/4 stick melted margarine.
    Spread over top and bake at 400\u00b0 for 12 to 15 minutes.
