Country Fried Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground beef
    1/2 to 1 c. flour
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Take one sheet pan and sprinkle flour over the bottom of the pan. Pat hamburger meat over the flour until it is flat and then sprinkle flour over the top of the hamburger meat.
    Sprinkle salt and pepper to taste. Cook in a 450\u00b0 oven for 20 minutes or until brown.
