Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. cooked squash (any variety)
    2 eggs, well beaten
    2 Tbsp. chopped onion
    3 Tbsp. green pepper
    1 c. medium sharp cheese
    1 c. cracker crumbs
    3 Tbsp. melted butter
    salt and pepper
    1 c. scalded milk
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients, except milk.
    Add the hot milk last. Pour into well-greased 6 x 8-inch baking dish.
    Bake 1 hour at 325\u00b0.
