Bacon Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 slices bacon
    1 egg, beaten
    1 1/2 Tbsp. flour
    1 c. milk
    1/4 c. vinegar
    1/4 c. sugar
Preparation
    Chop up bacon and fry; remove bacon.
    Add other ingredients to beaten egg.
    Mix well and pour into hot fat.
    Cook until thick. Serve over lettuce, endive or cooked, cubed potatoes.
