Microwave Peanut Brittle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. raw peanuts
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 c. white corn syrup
    1/8 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Stir together first 4 ingredients in a 1
    1/2 quart casserole. Cook 8 minutes, stirring after 4 minutes.
    Add butter and blend.
    Return to microwave and cook 3 minutes or until peanuts are golden brown.
    Add soda and vanilla until foaming. Pour onto greased cookie sheet.
    Cool and store in a airtight container.
