Swedish Meatballs Ii - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 slices white bread, crumbled
1 Tbsp. instant onion, minced
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
3/4 c. milk
1/2 stick margarine
2 lb. ground beef
3 Tbsp. flour
1 can beef broth
1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. water
Preparation

Combine bread, onion, salt, pepper, nutmeg and milk in large bowl. Let stand 10 minutes; stir in meat until well blended. Form into 1 1/2-inch balls. Brown in butter in large frying pan. Remove with draining spoon and place in baking dish. Blend flour into drippings in pan. Brown lightly. Stir in beef broth, water and milk. Continue cooking until it thickens and makes a thin gravy. Pour over meatballs. Bake in 325\u00b0 oven for 30 minutes.
