Blueberry Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 lb. flour
    12 oz. sugar
    2 1/2 oz. baking powder
    1/2 oz. salt
    2 eggs
    1/2 c. milk
    12 oz. melted butter
    1 lb. well drained blueberries
Preparation
    Sift together all dry ingredients and then beat in 2 whole eggs.
    At low speed, add 1/4 cup of milk.
    At same speed, add 12 ounces of melted butter.
    Gently fold in 1 pound of well drained blueberries.
    Grease and flour your muffin tins or use paper liners.
    Then scoop 2 ounces of mix into each tin or liner and bake at 400\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
