Chicken 'N Dressing - cooking recipe
Ingredients

fresh hen
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of celery soup
1 Tbsp. dried celery
1 Tbsp. dried onion
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
2 Tbsp. sage
1 egg
Preparation

Prepare a pan of corn bread.
After bread is cooked, crumble in a large container.
Boil hen until tender.
Save broth.
Pour broth over cornbread.
Mix in remaining ingredients.
Take chicken off bone and stir into the dressing (I don't put the fat in the dressing).
Taste to see if more sage or salt or pepper is needed. If not, bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
