Greater Tater Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 shredded hash brown patties, thawed
    1 can cream of potato soup
    8 oz. sour cream
    1/2 stick butter, melted
    1 small onion, chopped
    1/2 c. bell pepper, chopped
    1 jar pimento, drained
    1 1/2 c. Cheddar cheese (save 1/2 c. for top)
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients and mix well.
    Put mixture into a greased casserole dish.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
    Remove from oven and sprinkle with remaining cheese.
    Return to oven and bake 15 minutes more.
