Bakery Cinnamon Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (16 oz.) pkg. hot roll mix, with yeast packet
    2 Tbsp. granulated sugar
    1 c. hot water (120~ - 130~)
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine, softened
    1 egg
Preparation
    Combine hot roll mix, yeast and sugar.
    Stir in hot water, butter and egg until dough pulls away from sides of bowl.
    Turn dough out onto a lightly floured cutting board.
    With floured hands, shape dough into a ball.
    Knead dough for 5 minutes.
    Cover and let rise in warm place for 5 minutes.
    Roll dough into a 15 x 10 inch rectangle.
