Ice Cream Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. vanilla ice cream, softened
    1 c. self-rising flour
Preparation
    Mix softened ice cream and flour. Spoon into 6 greased muffin tins.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for 10 to 12 minutes.
