Pork Chop Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 to 6 thin pork chops*
1 onion, sliced (optional)
1 pkg. chicken-mushroom flavored Rice-A-Roni
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 1/2 c. water
3 Tbsp. butter
Preparation

In a large casserole or baking dish, place dry Rice-A-Roni. Top with pork chops.
Place onion on pork chops.
Sprinkle with seasoning mix from Rice-A-Roni.
Mix soup with water and pour over all.
Dot with butter.
Bake at 350\u00b0 until the rice is done and water is absorbed, about 45 minutes.
Serves 4 to 6.
