Cornbread Dressing - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 black iron skillet of cornbread
1/2 bell pepper, chopped
1 bunch green onions
1 medium onion, chopped
1 lb. pan sausage
4 chicken bouillon cubes, dissolved in 1 c. water
1 c. milk
1 can Morton's chicken broth
1/2 c. butter
4 eggs, beaten
1 tsp. seasoned salt
1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 pkg. Pepperidge Farm dressing mix
Preparation

Make cornbread ahead of time.
Saute bell pepper, celery and onions with the sausage.
Combine bouillon, chicken broth and butter.
Pour all ingredients into a large Dutch oven with crumbled cornbread.
Add remaining ingredients.
Bake at 450\u00b0 for 1 to 1 1/2 hours or until crust is brown on top.
Makes 12 servings.
