Ingredients

1 angel food cake, torn in pieces
1 c. confectioners sugar
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
8 oz. Cool Whip, divided
1/2 c. chopped pecans
1 c. cherry pie filling
Preparation

Mix well the sugar and cream cheese.
Reserve enough Cool Whip for top decoration.
Mix the rest into sugar and cream cheese mixture; add pecans.
Layer cake cubes, sugar mixture and pie filling in pretty bowl, ending with pie filling on top.
Dot with remaining Cool Whip for decoration.
