Cream Of Mushroom Soup(1 Cup) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 oz. fresh mushrooms
    2 Tbsp. water
    1 Tbsp. oil
    1 1/2 tsp. chicken-style seasoning
    1/2 lb. tofu
    1 c. water
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch (may use 1 Tbsp. arrowroot)
    1 tsp. salt
    3 c. water
Preparation
    Wash and chop mushrooms.
    Saute mushrooms in 2 tablespoons water and 1 tablespoon of oil.
    Whiz tofu 2 to 3 minutes in blender until very smooth with 1 cup of water and cornstarch. Stir a little and simmer for 15 minutes.
