Mom'S Peanut Butter Crisscrosses - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. margarine
    2 c. granular sugar
    2 c. brown sugar, packed
    4 eggs
    1 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. peanut butter
    6 c. sifted flour (all-purpose)
    4 tsp. baking soda
Preparation
    Cream together shortening, sugars, eggs and vanilla thoroughly. Stir in peanut butter. Sift dry ingredients together, then stir into creamed mixture. Drop by teaspoons on ungreased cookie sheets. Press with the back of a fork to make crisscross. Bake in oven at 350\u00b0 for about 10 minutes or until lightly brown. Makes about 10 dozen cookies.
