Barbecued Beef - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 or 4 lb. beef roast
1 (32 oz.) bottle ketchup
4 Tbsp. brown sugar
dash of garlic salt
2 chopped onions
1 Tbsp. Tabasco sauce
1 tsp. liquid smoke
dash of black pepper
3 Tbsp. chopped celery
Preparation

Cook roast in oven or crock-pot until meat is done and pulls apart easily.
Shred meat (or slice if you prefer).
Mix remaining ingredients and pour onto shredded meat and mix well.
Let mixture cook in warm oven or crock-pot for at least an hour, stirring occasionally.
