Butternut Squash Souffle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. butternut squash
    1/2 stick butter
    2 eggs
    1 1/2 c. white sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    3/4 c. nuts, raisins or drained pineapple
    1/2 c. shredded or flaked coconut
Preparation
    Mix the ingredients in the order listed and turn into a well buttered baking dish.
    Lightly cover the top with coconut and bake at 350\u00b0 until coconut is golden yellow or souffle is hot.
