Taffy Apple Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large can chunk pineapple
2 c. miniature marshmallows
1/2 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. flour
1 egg, beaten
1 large Cool Whip
1 1/2 Tbsp. vinegar
5 c. apples, cut up
1 (12 oz.) can salted, blanched peanuts, whole or well-chopped
Preparation

Drain pineapple, reserving juice.
Mix pineapple and marshmallows.
Cover and refrigerate overnight.
Mix pineapple juice, flour, sugar, vinegar and beaten egg over low to medium heat until thick.
Refrigerate overnight.
The next day, mix Cool Whip with refrigerated items, add apples and nuts.
Leave some nuts to sprinkle over top.
