Ingredients
    1 lb. boneless beef chuck shoulder steak, cut 1 inch thick
    1/2 c. medium salsa
    1/3 c. fresh lime juice
    2 Tbsp. Hoisin sauce*
    2 tsp. grated fresh ginger
Preparation
    *Hoisin sauce is available in the imported (Oriental) section of the grocery store.
