Baked Chicken Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. cooked, diced chicken or turkey
1/2 c. slivered almonds
1 c. (8 oz.) water chestnuts
4 oz. sliced mushrooms
2 oz. chopped pimento
1/4 tsp. celery salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 c. mayonnaise
3/4 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1/2 c. crumbled fried onion rings
Preparation

Mix all ingredients (except cheese and onion rings).
Put in greased casserole dish; cover top with cheese after baking for 15 minutes at 350\u00b0.
Sprinkle onion over top; bake for 15 minutes longer.
