Carrot Cake With Cream Cheese Frosting - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. self-rising flour
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 1/2 c. oil
4 eggs
3 c. grated carrots
Preparation

Sift together flour, sugar, soda, salt and cinnamon.
Add oil and eggs and beat.
Add carrots and blend.
Pour into oiled and floured cake pans (3 round).
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
