Pineapple Chicken Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. cooked, diced chicken
3/4 c. sliced celery
3/4 c. chopped fresh mushrooms
2 hard-cooked eggs, chopped
1/4 c. chopped green onions
1/3 c. mayonnaise
1/3 c. dairy sour cream
1/2 tsp. salt
1 (15 1/2 oz.) can sliced pineapple, drained
lettuce
cherry tomatoes
Preparation

Combine chicken, celery, mushrooms, eggs and 2 tablespoons onion; stir in mayonnaise, sour cream and salt.
Place pineapple slices on lettuce-lined plates.
Top each with chicken salad. Garnish with remaining onion and cherry tomatoes.
