Cheese Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. cracker crumbs
    3/4 stick margarine
    4 Tbsp. flour
    2 c. milk
    1/3 lb. cheese
    1 (7 oz.) jar pimentos
    4 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
Preparation
    Mix flour and margarine.
    Cook to make sauce.
    Dice cheese and let melt in sauce.
    In a buttered baking dish, place a layer of cracker crumbs and moisten with sauce.
    Add chopped eggs and pimentos.
    Repeat with sauce then top with the remaining cracker crumbs. Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 25 minutes or microwave for 15 to 20 minutes.
