Potato Souffle - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 to 6 potatoes
salt and pepper
1 large onion, diced and broiled
1 stick butter
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 egg, whipped well
chives
bacon bits
handful sharp grated Cheddar cheese
Parmesan cheese
Preparation

Boil potatoes with salt and pepper.
Broil onion.
Drain potatoes and onion.
Add butter, cream cheese, egg, chives and bacon bits.
Pour into casserole dish.
Top with grated Cheddar cheese.
Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over and bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
