Fat Free Salad Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. water
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1/2 c. vinegar
    1 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. celery seed
    1/4 tsp. thyme
    1/4 tsp. tarragon
Preparation
    Put the first 5 ingredients through blender for half a minute on high speed.
    Pour into saucepan; stir constantly on high heat until mixture comes to a boil.
    Boil hard for 1/2 minute.
    Remove from heat.
    Whisk in the last 3 ingredients.
    Cool.
    Will keep for 3 weeks.
