Hash Brown Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

30 oz. frozen hash brown potatoes
2 c. cheddar cheese
1 stick butter
1 pt. sour cream
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation

Melt butter over low heat. Add cheese until melted. Remove from heat. In a separate bowl mix sour cream, onions, salt and pepper. Add butter and cheese mixture, mix with frozen hash browns. Spread in casserole dish. slightly dot top with butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
