Enchiladas Verde - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium green pepper, seeded and cut up
    2 large outer lettuce leaves, cut up
    1 c. chicken broth
    2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    1/2 c. salsa
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1/2 tsp. salt
    3 c. shredded, cooked chicken or beef
    10 (6 to 7-inch) flour or corn tortillas
    2 c. shredded medium Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Place green pepper, lettuce and broth in food processor or blender.
    Blend until smooth.
    Heat oil and add green pepper mixture, salsa and salt.
    Cook for 5 minutes, remove from heat and whisk in sour cream.
