Pie Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    2/3 c. lard
    6 Tbsp. cold water
Preparation
    Sift together flour and salt, cut in lard until pieces are like small peas.
    Add water and gently toss with fork until moist. Form dough into ball, on lightly floured surface, flatten dough and roll out.
