Beef Stroganoff - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lbs. tenderloin or sirloin tips
1/4 C. oil
1 lrg. onion, diced coarse
1/2 lb. mushrooms, sliced
2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp. thyme leaves
1/2 tsp. galic powder or 1 clove fresh garlic
1 C. water or beef broth
1/2 C. Heinz 57 Sauce
1/2 C. Burgundy (optional) or water
16 oz. sour cream
Preparation

Saute beef tips in a skillet until browned.
Add onions and mushrooms and saute another 5 minutes.
Add water, salt, pepper, thyme, and garlic.
