Turkey-Vegetable Stroganoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 c. hot water
    1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    1 lb. ground turkey
    8 oz. fine egg noodles
    1 (3/4 oz.) packet brown gravy mix
    cold water
    2 c. frozen mixed vegetables
    1 tsp. mixed Italian herb seasoning
    3/4 tsp. minced garlic
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/4 c. sour cream
Preparation
    Bring hot water to boil in a large saucepot.
    Heat oil in a large skillet over high heat.
    Crumble in turkey and, stirring often to break up pieces, cook 5 minutes, until no longer pink. Meanwhile add noodles to water and boil 4 minutes until tender. Drain and spread on serving platter.
    Cover and keep warm.
