Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 grated carrots
    4 eggs
    2 c. sugar
    1 1/2 c. Wesson oil
    1 1/2 c. self-rising flour
    1 tsp. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. nuts, chopped fine
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients in usual way.
    This makes 3 layers of cake.
    Bake in 325\u00b0 oven for about 45 minutes.
