Hot Crab Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 Tbsp. low-fat cream cheese
    1/2 c. fat-free mayonnaise or Miracle Whip
    1 (7 1/2 oz.) can crabmeat, drained
    2 to 4 Tbsp. minced onion
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/8 tsp. Tabasco sauce
Preparation
    Beat the cream cheese and mayonnaise until smooth.
    Stir in the other ingredients.
    Spoon into a small ovenproof dish that has been sprayed with a nonfat cooking spray.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes, or until bubbly.
