Microwave Potato Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients
- 
                            4 to 6 potatoes, peeled and sliced
1 onion, sliced
1 can cream of mushroom soup
cheese (as desired)
Preparation
- 
                            Alternate layers of potatoes and onion.
Pour can of cream of mushroom soup over potatoes and onion.
Cook for 10 minutes. Rotate dish and cook for 5 to 10 minutes, until done.
Sprinkle with grated cheese.
