Carrot Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 c. cooking oil
4 eggs
2 Tbsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
2 c. sugar
3 c. raw carrots, grated
1/2 c. nuts
Preparation

Mix oil and sugar.
Add eggs and beat until creamy.
Add sifted dry ingredients and mix well.
Add carrots and nuts.
Pour into greased and floured 9 x 13-inch cake pan and bake at 300\u00b0 for 1 hour.
Frost with Cream Cheese Frosting.
