Boiled Broccoli - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. broccoli
    1 tsp. salt
    butter
    boiling water
    Accent
Preparation
    Wash broccoli and
    cut
    thick
    heads
    into
    1-inch long pieces.
    Place thick end in boiling water and cook, uncovered, for 10 to 20
    minutes.
    Add
    the
    rest
    of the broccoli to the boiling water and cook
    5 to 10 more minutes.
    Drain and serve with butter;
    spread over the broccoli.
    Serves 6 to 8.
