Corn Fritters - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. milk
2 c. cooked corn
1 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1/3 tsp. pepper
2 tsp. baking powder
1 Tbsp. melted shortening
2 eggs
Preparation
-
Add milk to corn;
add flour, sifted with salt, pepper and baking powder.
Add shortening and beat in eggs.
Beat well.
Fry by spoonful on griddle or frying pan.
