Veal Scaloppine - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. veal
    4 small onions, finely chopped
    salt and pepper to taste
    4 carrots, finely cut
    4 beef bouillon cubes, dissolved in 2 c. warm water
    8 Tbsp. oil
    4 cloves garlic, finely cut
    24 mushrooms, finely cut
    4 whole bay leaves
    2 c. Burgundy wine
Preparation
    Note:
    Using three pounds of veal gives more gravy if you steam it longer.
