Dave'S Favorite Pineapple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. flour
2 eggs or egg substitute
2 tsp. baking soda
1 c. chopped nuts (optional)
1 tsp. vanilla
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple with juice

Preparation

Combine all of the ingredients and mix by hand.
Cook in ungreased 9 x 13-inch pan at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
Test with toothpick for doneness.
Cool in pan and top with icing.
