Rice And Tomato Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. rice (raw)
1 (No. 2) can tomatoes
1 small onion, chopped
1 green pepper, diced
2 Tbsp. butter
12 ripe olives
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. grated cheese
1/2 c. bread crumbs (dice leftover if you have some)
Preparation

Put raw rice in bottom of buttered casserole.
Top with tomatoes.
Saute onions and green peppers in butter.
Mix with olives and salt and pour over tomatoes.
Top with grated cheese and bread crumbs.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 60 to 75 minutes.
