Ingredients

1 c. sugar
1/2 c. water
2 c. raw nuts
Preparation

Place all ingredients in saucepan; cook over low heat until thick syrup.
Spread on cookie sheet; roast at 250\u00b0 for 30 to 45 minutes or until peanuts are roasted as you like them.
Separate the peanuts if they stick together.
