Baked Barbecued Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 frying chickens, cut up
    1 onion, diced
    3 Tbsp. vinegar
    3 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 c. water
    salt to taste
    cayenne pepper to taste
    1 Tbsp. dry mustard
    1 Tbsp. celery salt
    3 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1/4 c. lemon juice
    1 c. catsup
Preparation
    In
    a little oleo, saute diced onion until soft. Add the remaining ingredients (except chicken) to onion and simmer for 1/2 hour.
    Place chicken in a roasting pan or broiler pan and pour liquid mixture over all. Cover.
    Bake in a 325\u00b0 oven for 1 1/2 hours or until done. This is excellent served with mashed potatoes, as the sauce is delicious as a gravy.
