Spaghetti Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. ground beef (93% lean)
    26 oz. Newman's Own Marinara sauce
    1 lb. spaghetti noodles
    2 Tbsp. light margarine
    2 eggs
    1 large carton fat free cottage cheese
    8 oz. fat free mozzarella cheese
Preparation
    Brown ground beef; drain and add marinara sauce. Cook spaghetti; drain and return to pot. Add margarine. Whisk eggs in a small bowl; add spaghetti. Divide noodles among two 9 x 13 inch dishes sprayed with Pam. Spread half carton of cottage cheese on top of each pie. Divide meat sauce equally and spread on cottage cheese layer (I use my hands to spread cottage cheese and meat sauce.) Bake 30 minutes at 350\u00b0. Sprinkle mozzarella (or Vege Shreds) on each pie. Bake 10 minutes or until cheese melts. Yield: 2 pies, 6 servings in each pie.
