Ingredients

1 lb. vanilla wafers, crushed
4 eggs
1 box powdered sugar
1 c. pecans, chopped
2 sticks butter
2 c. whipped cream
2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen strawberries, thawed
Preparation

Place 2/3 of the box of crushed wafers in large baking dish. Cook eggs, butter and powdered sugar to thick cream consistency. Cook to 200\u00b0 in double boiler.
Pour over wafers and cool.
Spread 1 cup whipped cream over mixture; next, spread 1/2 cup pecans. Next add both packages of strawberries, next 1 cup of whipped cream.
Top with remaining wafers and pecans.
Freezes beautifully.
