Hot Bean Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 slices bacon, cut up
1 onion
1/2 bell pepper
1 stalk celery
1/4 c. vinegar
3 c. cooked beans
1/2 tsp. prepared mustard
1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
-
Brown bacon in large skillet.
Add onion, green pepper and celery.
Saute 1 minute.
Add remaining ingredients; simmer on low until hot.
Stir to keep from sticking.
Serves 6.
