Cream Of Potato Soup Ii - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    15 c. water
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1 can cream of onion soup (undiluted)
    1 can cream of celery soup (undiluted)
    1 c. milk or 1 can evaporated milk
    1 lb. shredded American process cheese
    2 c. instant potatoes
    pepper (optional)
    Tabasco sauce (optional)
    1/2 c. sherry (optional)
Preparation
    Bring water and salt to a boil.
    Add remaining ingredients; cook until cheese is melted.
    This freezes well.
