Jerky - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 lb. beef or venison
    1 c. soy sauce
    1/4 c. catsup
    1 tsp. black pepper
    1 tsp. garlic powder
    1 tsp. onion salt
Preparation
    Cut meat in 1/2-inch strips.
    Marinate in soy sauce, catsup, garlic and onion salt for 1 hour.
    Place on air circulating racks in oven.
    Set oven at 145\u00b0.
    Leave in oven 6 to 8 hours.
