Peggy'S Salsa - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 bushel tomatoes
    8 sweet green peppers
    8 onions
    jalapenos
Preparation
    Wash tomatoes.
    Drop a few at a time in boiling water to loosen the peel.
    Pick out with slotted ladle as skin burst open on each tomato.
    Cool.
    Peel and core tomatoes.
    Dice and place in stockpot or largest pot available.
    Dice peppers and onions and add to tomatoes.
