Gourmet Baked Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 baking potatoes
    1/4 c. butter
    1 (8 oz.) container sour cream
    1 c. grated cheese
    salt and pepper
    3 to 4 slices bacon strips, cooked, drained and crumbled
Preparation
    Bake potatoes.
    When cool enough to handle, but not cold, cut in half.
    Scoop out potato, leaving peel intact.
    Mix with butter, sour cream, cheese, salt and pepper.
    Stuff peels with potato mixture.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 until heated.
    Sprinkle bacon crumbs over top.
